There are so many special locations in Mexico it would be hard to list them all, but here are a few of the most popular.

Cozumel:  An island just off the Yucatan Peninsula this is a dream destination for Scuba divers and Snorkelers.  Famed for its coral reefs and marine life.  The town of San Miguel offers excellent dining and shopping.  Deep sea fishing is also a must.

Cancun: Known for its stunning beaches, vibrant nightlife, and world-class resorts, Cancun is a top destination for sun-seekers and party-goers alike. Don't miss the opportunity to explore the nearby Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza and Tulum. 

Cabo San Lucas:  Located on the southern tip of Mexico's Baja California Peninsula, is known for its beaches, water-based activities and nightlife.  The waters around Cabo are home to marine wildlife including rays, sharks, mahi-mahi, and striped marlin making it a destination for deep sea fishing.

La Paz:  Gateway to the Sea of Cortez.  Discover how the desert merges with the ocean and explore swimming with a whale shark, or diving with sea lions.  

Mazatlan:  This Mexican resort town along the Pacific shoreline is lined with sandy beaches and runs along the Malecon where you can walk and shop the day away.  Renowned for big game fishing.

The best time to visit Mexico depends on your preferences and interests. The winter months (December to February) are ideal for beach vacations, while the spring (March to May) and fall (September to November) offer pleasant weather and fewer crowds. The summer months (June to August) can be hot and humid, but are perfect for exploring Mexico's inland attractions.
